Rickals...I tried one (ebay ) The fit was perfect.

It has the rubber stop for the stand.

Also was louder than the stock chamber.

May have increased performance or it just sound like it did.

I went back to stock chamber...I believe chamber acts as a

crossover for the exhaust. I did not want to mess with Gl1500

technology. IMO some mods are ok some are not.

Hope this helps.

Today is the tomorrow you worried about yesterday!

I remember reading test reports that confirmed a small power increase, whether it was worth the expense and extra noise is probably down to personal preferences.

Has anyone tried the torqmaster pipes, and what comparisons are there soundwise compared to the original muffler system? Are they well made?

I'm thinking of getting a set as my own pipes are on the way out! I'd love a set of Motad stainless steel pipes

My bike has the Bassanni chamber on it and Mustang mufflers. Fairly loud when you get on it(all the time) I don't have a comparision for you as it was on it when I got it. Seams that the mixture isn't right though, only getting @ 30 mpg. Sounds like a Ferrari.
