I was just wondering if anyone had taken the stock exhaust extension off and modified it by removing the resonator out of it? I was curious to see how it sounded....

I know of one that was drilled out a bit. Sounds much better

I have drilled the stock extension rivets and removed. Then pulling the resonator tip out of the chrome extension and cut off the inside right about where it curves. Then put the two pieces back together lining up all the holes and pop rivet back in place. tips look just like stock but you have a tad bit more rumble that is not annoying.
