USA based web hosting service.

I have been with my current hosting service for roughly 8 years. when I first signed up with them, they said all of there operations where based in the US, NO overseas outsourcing. And at first ,this was the case. Well, times have changed, The last few times I called tech support, I got people that I just can not understand.

So, In July, when current contract expires. I'm looking ( but don't expect ) to find a web hosting company that does not outsource it tech support. Even now, when I just call the number on a hosts advertising page, I get people I can hardly understand. Isn't there any American companies that hire Americans anymore?

Sounds like you're an unhappy 'Fat Cow' user?
I know someone who is very unhappy with their services and has a bunch of sites through them. He cannot stand dealing with tech support and gets frustrated with them when he has a problem. he waits till the next business day to deal with the staff in the US.

No, Not them, But I did call "Fat Cow" to see about service & got an overseas operator. I promptly hung up.

FWIW.....Ive been with DynaDot for several years and haven't had any complaints. I believe they're totally US-based.

Not sure if it is intentional, your avatar is Patrick McGoohan who played in the Danger Man series, Your handle is Simon Templar known as The Saint who was played by Roger Moore.

I'ts raining out and I am being miserable and picky. Just ignore me.

Yes, it's intentional. As stated a year or so back, when someone else mentioned this, it's an inside joke.

But thank you for playing.

...And as we are being picky....

The pic you posted was Roger Moore a la James Bond.

If you truly want Roger Moore as The Saint......

I went with "A2 Hosting". They are a Michigan based company. So far when ever I have called them, I have talked to an American tech support person.
