The seals ,if leaking ,should have been replaced when the rear tire was replaced,if not then a leak is possible,I don't recall how many seals there are but more than one to do the job,that might be the moly grease leaking too.
The first picture looks to be grey moly lube,the second looks like it's from the pinion seal,
Looks like the drive spline has 2 seal and rear wheel has 1,I might be wrong so maybe someone else knows better,don't be shocked when you get the wheel off and see bad splines on the rear.theres also rubber dampers that require replacing too.

Love chasing white lines but they are difficult to catch.Hate drivers with no STOPLIGHTS.
