Just finished cam belt installation a 90 Wing. I used Steve's instructions with photos and they were very good. Several things to add that occurred on mine - may not be true for all The wire to the oil pressure sensor (lower right side) was fairly tight across the cover - had to remove the wire from the sensor to get the belt cover off. The hot air hose was pinched a bit by the left side case protector (big chrome chunk). Removing it made the hot air hose easy to remove. When installing the new cam belt make sure the belt is routed over the idler before trying to put it on the cam pulley. I didn't do this at first and when installing on the cam pulley first and then trying to push over the idler it caused the cam to move. Other than that is was a fairly easy task.

Congratulations on a job well done, and another success story.

Well done, it's a nice feeling finishing a big job like timing belts. That wire on my own 1500 had enough slack to get the cover past, though I took care not to snag it.
