| Ok, I developed a problem. Today was the first ride out sice winter tead down of the bike. Now, my spedo don't work and my self canceling turn signals don't work. I added turn signals on the trunk of the bike. Would that affect it? I don't know why the spedo isn't working. I added rotor covers and think I got the cable in right. Would it not work if I added roter covers and didn't have the spacer? The bike is a 1986 GL1200 interstate. Any help is appricated. Thanks in advance, Dave.

| Your turn signal requires a signal from the speedometer for the canceller to work. If the speedo doesn't work the canceller won't either. I'd double check the cable at the sender end. It could be the cable isn't installed right into the sender or the sender itself may be damaged or mis-installed.

| Sounds like the cable isn't sitting in the slot properly. No speedo cable = no self cancellers as well.
