| By not working, do you mean it is not ejecting? Did you try looking at fuse #13 in the bottom of the relay box?

| Cassette works for about ten seconds, plays music, then stops and gets a display on the LCD with two arrows pointing at each other in a rectangle

| Sounds like a job for Sierra like mikef suggested. They will usually repair the unit for a flat $99.00 fee. Give them a call
