I need to do a complete rebuild of my front forks  - 1985 GL1200A - and I'm a little confused on the parts and quantities needed.

For instance, the online parts fiche shows:
class="cat_header_text"- BUSH B, SLIDER for 1985 Honda GL1200A 51419-MB4-003

is this both bushings?

Also these parts?
class="cat_header_text"RING, BACK-UP for 1985 Honda GL1200A 51412-MB4-003
class="cat_header_text"BUSH, GUIDE for 1985 Honda GL1200A 51414-KCR-003
class="cat_header_text"SEAL SET, FR. FORK for 1985 Honda GL1200A 51490-MN8-305

Like I said, confused....

Here is some FYI just in case. When I did mine, close inspection of the tubes revealed pitting between the dust cap and seal or just under the seal lip. I priced new tubes and went into shock and then thinking mode. How do you fill a hole without welding or brazing. I spotted some used JB Weld was laying on the self in front of me still capped and good. I had some toluene and carburetor cleaner. I used it all too clean off the oil really good. This JB stuff was going to have to stick prefect to do it. The pit was about 1/8 inch in diameter, then another smaller one nearby. My guess is moisture had settled in and did its deed. I then mixed the two parts, smeared it on as thinly as possible so there would be little to sand away. I let it dry a few days, just to be sure it was set. I did not want to do this again. Then I started with wet dry sand paper -- probably 400, 600, and 1200. Once it was smooth and slick, I reassembled as usual. This was four years ago and I am proud to say the tube is still oil tight thanks to JB Weld. JB Weld is one of my first choices to repair busted stuff because it has worked many times. Sometimes I have over reached its capability and had to re-group in the morning. It does not fix everything, but it is impressive in many cases. There are few articles about adhesives and how to properly use them. I wish I knew more, but fresh tubes are always better for maximum strength. I used some aged JB to fill a pot hole in my folk tube and figured it would be harder than the fork seal. It’s still holding. I also repaired a power steering shaft at the bottom end where the moisture (if any) settles. It worked too.

Not really a bad price as without the backup rings (again, you really don't need) it is about the same price as a 1500 rebuild kit.

Luckys post above  is correct. It appears honda replaced the  original  84 1200 2 piece lower bushings with a one piece bushing 51419 mb4 003. JB

I WOULD get the circlips. Mine was pitted and rusty. For a couple bucks, it shouldn't hurt much.
