Wow, I don't believe it but after 10 hours, I'm finished till Monday!!!!!!!
2 - 3 layers of glass on everything.
Added reinforcement to the top of the fenders in case someone try to sit on them.
Monday will trim & sand, then pop everything off & check them.
Hopefully the molds worked out A-OK.

The body & parts are out of the molds.
Will still need some sanding around the edges & to cut the wheel wells out.
All in all, looks pretty good.
Will need some body work, but very little & sand down the part seams.
The GREEN color is the release.
I have washed all of the parts & the are WHITE & BLACK w/ white spots ( over spray ).
Figured it would be better to have the over spray on the trunk parts as they will be undercoated anyway.
Will be installing the trunk area into the body & join the 2 part trunk lid together.
All of the metal parts for the trunk hinges & latch mount ( less latches ) w/ S/S nut & bolts will be included.
NO TAIL LIGHTS!
They will need to be installed & door mounted by new owner.
This one has been SOLD.
So I will still need to go thought it all again for a body for my Trike.

Got all of the body parts washed & cleaned up.
Starting to glass the trunk bed in.
Will leave the top piece off to make it easier to mount the hinges & latch assy.
Also added 2 layer of mat on the bottom front corner to help strengthen it a little.
Will finish glassing the trunk in & cut the wheel well.

1st Body out of the molds, with trunk installed.
Had a few places where the gel coat came loose & made bubbles.
That was from me moving the mold around as I fiberglassed it.
I put it standing on end to do the trunk door & lower section, the ext. outlets would have been up side down.
Than lay it down to do the rest of it.
That twitched it as I moved it by myself, extra hands would have been great.
But very little body work to get it ready for primer/paint.
Still need to assy the two halves of the trunk door together.

Just came across a bit on a trike company showing their body mold.
Funny, guess I'm doing something right, I slit the mold in the same place.
The bolt flange is thicker & he doesn't have to work on the floor.

Started to put some 2x4 across the front fenders.
Will see if that help the flexing problem.

Here I'm joining the two halves of the trunk lid.
Have all of the mounting holes drilled & tapped.
Run 2 wires inside for the license plate light.
Wet both inside edge with resin
Laid 1 lay of mat & wet it around the edges over hanging it half way.
Pushed mat into the corners then apply some resin paste on the lip.
Folded the mat over the paste.
Laid the top panel onto the lower & pushed it together.
Used the resin bucket for a little weight on it till cured.
Will sand the edge down & it should be ready for the body work & primer.
