Connected brake pipe today from axle to rear master cylinder,got all air out and got a good brake pressure,then developed a small leak from stainless hose that bolts onto axle so will have to replace stainless hose

Had the driveshaft-coupling machined & welded other day.on trying on trike in gear with engine running there seemed at bit of wobble and movement.As having it welded can draw it to one side The pinions on axle end & engine end allow a little movement but to much will wear them out in a short life span. Having it checked on lathe at machine shop monday. Found these exhaust 2" steel bends on ebay will make life simpler fabricating. When i had driveshaft-coupling cut-welded last week the weld pulled the driveshaft out of line.Had it straightened,machined today will refit and test tomorrow. Connected brakepipe,soon as full pressure was reached the brass olive in both couplings failed.Took pipe to local hydraulic company today,they said olives were'nt seated properly,refitted them and replaced with new pipe £5. Will fit and bleed brakes tomorrow.

Aint no fun pumping pedal removing all air then soon as full pressure reached,leak appears. Still better now than fully loaded on a steep hill or bend

Brakes are now fully bled and operational,Driveshaft now running true. Gave the underside of body 2nd coat of underseal,edgeing trim arrived today for around seat will fit tomorrow.

 Looking good! Good idea on putting the undercoat, Fiberglass is NOT water proof & will damage it over time.

 American racing anson sprint wheels have arrived in uk,so should have them shortly Secured brake pipe today,hoping to make a start on exhaust at weekend.

Stainless steel bumper formed and shaped to body on rolling machine. Bit of protection from rear enders.    Stainless will get a final polishing now its been shaped.
