I doubt it damaged anything but the VC. Take some duct tape to stick over the hole and a 8mm wrench to loosen the brake bleeder screws to release the brakes and ride it home.

getting into it, it is just the VC and I have replacements lined up. The brakes were already loosened up when I got there. A rebuild kit on both and the rear should do it all a world of good. And a rebuild on the master cylinder couldn't hurt. cheaper then a hospital stay if it were to happen again. Here are some pictures of what I found when I got in there. The only thing that worries me a bit is the opening by the cam shaft pully, but I think some duct tape should be able to patch that up and keep the road dirt out. ![]() ![]() ![]()
