I have changed air, sub, cruise, and fuel filters, plugs and ran one tank of Gumout carburator cleaner through her. Now I have a tank of premium fuel with seafoam in it, but at take-off it still doesn't go smoothly. What else can I do?

It sounds like your accelerator pump may not be working or the passageways are clogged.  Remove the air filter and start the bike.  A twist of the throttle and you should see 2 streams of gas (one each carb) shoot into the carbs.  Also, with the bike off, easily push on the slides to see if they are sticking.  They should have some resistance as they are vacuum operated, but should be smooth.

It could take a couple of tankfuls with Seafoam in it, to clear the carb's passageways, depending on how much gum/varnish is built up in them, if that is in fact, the cause. You don't need to run high octane in it, regular 87 octane is good enough.

It is only sluggish until the RPM's get up as I start to pull off. As soon as I'm going it smooths out straight away. Idles a little rough also when first cranked.

The choke seems to be working fine. I was wondering if the carburetor synchronizing could have anything to do with my problem? It’s the one thing I haven’t tried yet.

Yep! having unequal vacuum signals at idle will make the off-idle for each carb come at a differeint point --  Do check/adjust your carb sync...

What RPM does this "clear up" for you? (one of your other posts states "It is only sluggish until the RPM's get up" ...  )

Also, What year is your Interstate? (it may help to know, if the sync doesn't get you set to rights)
