What weight oil do you all recommend for fork oil, AND how much please. Stock springs by the way. Going to change oil this weekend. Thank you

My book says 7oz for 80-81s and 82 on get 9.8oz.

i just did the fork oil on my 83 a few weeks ago and went with 20w fork oil seems good so far not to hard or to soft. but i also ride 2 up most of the time and when 1 up i tend to ride it like i stool it
