Hello all,
I just joined the site last night, I'll be picking up my brand spanking new (to me) 1984 GL1200 Aspencade Monday. The previous owner wants to change the oil and lube it for me before letting me have her. I've been riding off and on for going on 20 years now this wing being the largest bike so far. My other current bike is a 1983 Honda Shadow 500. I'm a member of the PGR and a recent mission made me realize that 500's aren't made for over 175 miles in one day, that is if you'd like to walk the next day. I'm in Northwest Montana near Glacier National Park, so if anyone is in the area drop me a line and we'll see how things are going.

Welcome from Oklahoma... Seems like we are in about the same boat, I got my '84 goldwing interstate yesterday (8/14/08). I have been riding for about 10 years or so on a '84 honda magna-v30 (500 cc).
