Hello everyone,  I'm new to this forum.  I owned three Harleys many years ago.  Sold my bikes while my kids were growing up.  Now I'm looking at buying another bike and would like a Goldwing, perhaps next Spring.  Do any of you know where one could find some good training on handling and manuvering a bke like this? Regards, Chuck

That would depend on where in the world you are.

How about filling in your location info in your profile.
You never know, someone near might be willing to share the experience with you.

Welcome.

Welcome Chuck. That's a wise move, looking for some training. Some of those Harleys are almost as heavy as a Goldwing, so it mightn't take you too long to get used to the handling.

A few months ago I had my first chance to take a test ride on a new Goldwing.  I only rode if for a short time and I was surprised how well it handled.  I thought I would find the fixed windshield a problem.  My previous bikes had windshields attached to the fork.  However, I didn't even notice it.  I decided then that my next one would be a Goldwing, but I also want to learn the idiosyncrasies of this bike when I finally get my own.

Welcome to the forum from California. You will find the Wing a very stable platform. As an experienced rider you might find ridelikeapro.com interesting.

To all of you,

I am very impressed with all the greetings from around the country and the world.  This must really be a big group.  Do you have rallies and get-togethers once in awhile?
