Hi, I'm victor and a "new" 1987 Goldwing owner and loving it!!
What an incredible machine. Hope to be getting one for my wife.
One question though, are my toes supposed to roast :0uch!

Welcome V, and no, they're not...Might I suggest, if you were a larger than size 11 shoe, you remove the floorboards and go back to stock pegs. That gives you the ability to tilt your feet down and away from the heads.

vthemax, welcome to the forum. You might want to look at putting a set of clamp on pegs on the engine guards. Clamping them on the bottom section can place your valve covers in jeopardy if and when you let it drop without the side stand down and the guard hits the ground though. Mine would only fold back and not up. A set with the adjustable mounting position might work out better. Also gives an optional leg and foot position when on the road Keno
