Looks like this would be a great place to find the wealth of knowledge I may need to get and keep my GL running properly. I've got a 77GL1000 with 38K on it. Hopefully I'll be able to add many many more without much problem.
Lookin forward to being around...

Welcome to the forum from Florida. 
My wife is from the St. Louis area originally. Now she is full fledged Floridian.
That is a great looking bike. There is just something special about a naked wing.
How does that ole girl sound with those shorty pipes?

She sounds mean, I love it. I just have to kick em back a bit further or get some turndowns to keep the exhaust/heat off the rear end.
