Just signing in the first time. I've been lurking for a while and finally got around to signing up. I've owned nine Honda motorcycles in my life and one Kawasaki. First was a CT70 for my tenth birthday! Became a winger last year when I traded a pistol for a 84 Standard with a Vetter fairing and saddle bags, all white. Story was it's an old police bike but I've yet to find a PD that used Wings in the 80's. Put 6000 miles on last year another 1000 this year before I swapped a rifle for the 1500. This is the one I wanted; mint condition, loaded with 48k (84 has 48K when I got it as well) and Phantom Gray Metallic. Well I had my pickup for sale and you guessed it - another wing. This one an 87 Interstate with 39k, Amethyst Gray Metallic. I told my wife that the 1200 and 1500 mated and gave me a new gray 1200.  Will likely drop back to one at some point but it's fun to talk about for a while.
