Thanks,
Doubt there is much I can offer to do from here Cayote, but if I can just holler.
Hey, your immoral support will be OK since you're on the other side of the salty puddle.

Do you want to try and have a meet at your place one weekend to start this? Or some place central to the group that has fessed up to help?

Whatever will work the best for the majority. I have no problem meeting at a central location if that's what works.

Having been involved in helping Tanygaer, to set up the Welsh Meet & Greet, I know that this is no easy task to oversee and that Coyote will appreciate any and all local help he can get, so please, if you can, help him to make this an event to remember.

Well, we are trying to have a little show and tell session where people can exchange ideas and see what others have done to make their bikes more special. Tom has named it "Pimp my Ride". The ideas don't have't be something that is bolted to the bike. We have some camping tips set up already.
Kit, with your experience I'm sure there is something you could demonstrate in the way of maintenence, extra equipment or modifications that some one would appreciate.
The attendees will have a range of experience on wings so anything is appreciated.
If anyone has a different saddle, windscreen, radio set up etc it would be of great benefit for others to see how it is working out so they can decide if it's something they might want.

We need tour guide volunteers yet for one. We also need daily event organizers. Or anything you can think of.
Nobbie has a great project going so we need support on that also.

Flying into Calhoun,
If you have a private plane then we have a very nice local airport in Calhoun, Lots of Lear's hand here. However if you are needing a commercial flight then two choices.
One is Atlanta and the other is Chattanooga. Atlanta airport is 85 miles south of Half-Fork Ranch. Traffic is hell early morning and from 4 m until about 7:00PM. Keep to mid-day flights arrivals and departures unless its on Saturday or Sunday.
Chattanooga TN is fantastic and only 45 miles north. Great airport, small and easy. There are a lot of commuter lines come in and out as will as Northwest and Delta. Depending on where you coming from will depend on cost of getting into Chattanooga over Atlanta. If you are using sky miles then who cares, go on into Chattanooga. Questions or suggestions, keep them coming.

We are flying in BA on the 22nd and also staying in the Country Inn, so you can find both Wexman and me very easily, though I will have to keep a close leash on Helen the Viking or she might jsut be off with Wexy's wife shopping!!!!
