Just a thought, how many would be at Calhoun if at least 25% of the members showed up for this feastive weekend?

Ok, then that would make it 424.16 members in attendance. Now who are we gonna cut up to make that .16 person?

MAN! 120 pages to this thread - how in the heck can someone digest all that??
No real point to this post - just thought I'd make my first post on this board here for the hellofit. I know a couple of ya here, but not many, and I don't know squat about a wing, but I'm coming to Calhoun anyway. See ya there!

A warm welcome to the site V7Goose it's good to have you on board.
No needto worry that you don't know much about Wings...neither do most of us that ride them!!!
120 pages is nothing mate.... just do a search on the "Deer alert" if you want some light reading!!!!
It will be good to meet up with you in Calhoun, I will be the silly Brit with the Union Jack flag flying high, a bit like the one in my avatar.
If a 1'/4 of the membership were to turn up, I had better order some more bloody presents, jeepers I will be broke before we set off for Georgia!!!
Enjoy the forums V7Goose and please visit often.

I'll be there. I'm in Colleyville, near DFW airport in north Texas (the arm pit of the state). You gonna be right there in the hair too! Actually, Cleburne is a little better, slightly closer to the hill country and a few more trees. Maybe we can take a weekend and go down to visit the sisters, 'eh?Last edited on Tue Jul 22nd, 2008 02:24 am by V7Goose

Now that sounds like a plan. When you get out here you got to ride The Dragon's Tail though.

Been there, done that - be happy to do it again!
It is not that uncommon I get that direction (but my brother will lie to you about it!). Rode out there last year for the first week of December - had a wonderful time riding the Dragon with NO traffic. Looking forward to seeing y'all,
Goose

Hi Bagmaster , Do they still have motorcycle races at Ross Downs in Colleyville? We used to make that track on the AMA circuit back in the late 60s early 70s flat track racing..
I thought the armpit of Texas was Houston. It makes Colleyville look good, and smell good.
There is some good riding up our way in the St. JO, Muenster area, ever been up this way?
