NASSIR 5 will be held on July 10 - 12, 2012. I have been negotiating with folks in Eureka Springs, AR and even though all the minor details are not completed as of yet, the major ones are done.   The Host Hotel is the Motel 62 in Eureka Springs, AR. The address is 3169 East Van Buren Eureka Springs, AR 72632 Toll Free: 877-327-1080 The negotiated rate for our event is $49.00 per night. Please mention NASSIR so you can recieve this rate. I have got this rate locked in from July 7-14, 2012 so you can come early and stay later at an affordable price! Really? You couldn't get us a rate of $48.50 per night? Come on Bill put more effort into it!  Great job securing a great location from the looks of their web site.

Thanks, the pictures on their website is exactly how it really looks when I visited the property. I went into all the different rooms and talked to the staff. It is a well kept, clean facility. Sounds like you are WAY ahead of the curve, Bill. Anyone holding a lodge meeting during that time? It would be fun to visit a local lodge during NASSIR5.

Sounds like this NASSIR is going to have a wonderful turnout. I would HIGHLY recommend getting reservations in early.
