Hello all NASSIR 3 riders. I was curious as a possible solo rider from Ct, and my first NASSIR event , do any of you easterners that may be going solo and riding thru Ct want a riding partner? I was just curious if this kind of thing takes place or not? I'm planning on going to the Americade again this year and if the dates work for others at work I will usually ride up with 2 or3 others. If I can clear a second ride with the wife I'd like to ride to the event with others. I think it's safer at times in a group, especially longer rides. I'll be reading your responses and hope to see you all at NASSIR 3. gtwing:action:

Hey GTWing......People hook up and ride together all the time. :action::action:

I am going to move this to the NASSIR3 so that people who are going to this event can see it and hopefully get together with you.

Look forward to meeting you there! ;)

I'll be coming from CO, probably to SC , then up to NY. I don't ride that neighborhood much, but I'm thinking I'll be coming pretty darned close to Connecticut.  I'll be solo til NY, if you'd like to fall in at some point. We can narrow it down later.

Now do you really think you're going to come to South Carolina and not meet up with a bunch of us for the ride north? Better think about that again.

If you are going to CT on your way to western NY you are taking the long way here from SC. Not that it would be a bad thing, just saying it would add a couple of days to the trip.

Hey guys/gals. I just wanted to let you all know that I am in east central Alabama, and with so many going to your Nassir, I wanted to let you who may pass by my home, know that I have a trike sized trailer for any recues you may encounter on the road, and a fair set of tools. Also have a heated garage/shop to make emergency repairs, should the "gremlins" hit ya.  My cargo van is also dependable. I hope you all have a great ride, and wanted to make it clear that you have safe haven here with me and Barb. Good luck,:leprechaun: and peace! jimsjinx:action:

I may modify my trip plans. There's a national sidecar rally in Vermont the weekend before NASSIR3 and it'll give me 1 days travel time from Vermont to Hamburg so I might do it also depending on finances.

I just hope there's a prize this year for shortest distance travelled.  Since D-Rod is already there I should have a shot at it. :cheeky1:  Should take me almost 30 minutes if I don't get held up at the bridge.:action:
