That would be a hard ride.  For you, I'd figure at least a day and a half just to get to the southern terminus in Natchez.  It is much further than you think.  Then at 444 miles at a maximum speed of 55 mph with occasional stops you're looking at pretty near two days to get to Nashville... then the return trip...

I just don't see that fitting my schedule for Thanksgiving.  If anything went wrong... messy weather... a flat... a hooker stealing our wallets... a drunken brawl in a bar room somewhere... we're cooked!

Here all this time I thought you band guys called them groupies. Didn't know I was hanging around a couple of desperado's.:cool: just can never tell

You've got a tasty sweet 1800 trike.

My Valk 1500 is smaller than yours, buster!

But it does have four more carburetors than yours, a 1 to 1 intake to combustion ratio... a factory advanced cam (over the GW), an after market 4 degree advanced trigger wheel, an ICM mod advancing my Valkyrie standard to the ignition curve of a Valkyrie interstate.  A darkside 205 rear tire.  A better intake... a better exhaust.  A classic cruiser frame and stance... and more chrome should be legal in 49 states.

What can I say...

Valkyries rock!

Bridgestone exdrera,Replaced rear wheel Bering's as well 108,000 on them figured it was time. My E3 cupped out bad on one side while we were in Cimmaron playing around to the point that it won't lay down right in a curve to the left and stay where I put it makes you change up half way through not cool 2up.So went through every thing from the swing arm Bering's back. Or maybe just having way to much fun on that little road out of Red River to Cimmaron. Not the first tire we've torn up playing around.:action:

So T. you got all that chrome shined up on that land rocket yet. Seen something the other day at a local shop that was kind of odd. Seen a valk trike it was that maroon and tan hooked to a Smith rear looked kind of cool. I guess I looked at it to long the salesman asked me if I wanted to buy it and take it for a ride. I told him if he could find the single back tire for it that would great. 89,000 still wanted 18,500 for it. Can get standard 2012 for that 2 blocks down at Honda and pick the color.

Starting to like my old girl more and more they did tell me that they would do me a favor and give me 2k trade on her though.:gunhead:

I find that prices vary on the Valks alot.  It sort of depends on who's selling it.  There seems to be a growing notion that Valk represent a future classic.  As for shining that thing up... I;d have to say it's filthy right now.  I am up to my ears in school starting that won't let up until about... june!

Then it's ride, ride, ride.

Nassir 5 is in Eureka Springs this year and i;d like to make that.

I keep telling myself I want to work at Philmont... but i just can't seem to let my summers go.  i know it'd be fun... but what i did this last summer was fun too.

Drifter... unless something happened that i cannot recall,I've never been to the Colfax Tavern
