Pity you're not going to make it. We Manxies would have to call you something else. we aren't allowed to mention your site name. We have to call you a Long Tail. If we mention an RAT we have to spin round and Whistle. Good fun eh. Hope we see you next year.

PM sent you are undoubtedly the MAN amongst MEN when it comes to carrier bags.
Just to let the others know what we are on about here I sent an email to Mother Hondas customer service desk asking for a small quantity of carrier bags to be used at the Meet N Greet, I did this some two weeks ago, and as yet have not had a reply from Mother Honda
I asked wexman if he could help with bags from Gorey Bikes but they dont have carrier bags, however he stepped up to the mark and contacted one of his suppliers who he managed to bully into hellping us.
Good old Mother Honda, when every one is assembled at the Meet N Greet there will only be about a million pounds worth of their product there, and they could'nt even lets us have a few carrier bags.
wexman I dont think it would be inapprobriate to give the donors a little plug here, but I'll leave the decision to you.
Many Thanks

The donors were ADD-ON acdcessories from the USA and of course Gorey bikes who let me crawl and beg for them
All we need is donors to fill them now ......and before any of you comment ,I am not talking about that kind of donor .

Volunteers required
I would like to hear from anyone that is going to be here on the Thursday and or the Friday that would be prepared to do gate duty.
Gate Duty involves opening and closing the Gate, getting people to sign in saying that they are here, and directing them in the appropriate direction for camping etc, Myself or Lady Tan Y Gaer will always be close to hand to offer assistance, and if the worst comes to the worst Miss Tan Y Gaer will also be around.
Remembering the old maxim “Many hands Make Light work”
Just drop me a PM and I’ll draw up some kind of rota.
Many Thanks
David

Consider me a willing participant in bag filling and or gate duty. If I am on gate duty, you will soon have your volunteers!!!!

Hey Wexman- anyone who wants it is welcome to my liver....like THAT'S worth anything to anyone!
Tanygaer- well apparently I'm expected for Welsh lessons, so come hell or high water (oops, shouldn't say that; far too much last year, right?), I'll be there with bells on, come Friday eve, but I might be worthless as a guard/helper, by then....."Honk your horn, to awaken the jet-lagged Yank 'guard' at the gate"!!! At the very least, I promise not to hit any sheep, I swear it..

Orders for T shirts for the Welsh Meet N Greet close in 9 days, so if you haven't ordered and want one, you need to act.
There will be only one order and if you miss it, you miss out.

It is with great regret that the mangement has to cancel the welsh meet n greet international dance night which was to be held on the saturday.
The technical difficulties, specifically the un reliable broad band connection here, coupled with the cost of trying to provide a satelite connection make it impossible to hold.
The management apologises for any dissapointment.

No problem Tanygaer, I suspect there will be plenty to keep us all occupied. Having seen your rudimentary water system I can quite understand why beaming music round the world might be a bit problematic!!!!

Blimey!! I knew you had to be wealthy to live on the IOM but I didn't realise MBC had a luxury hotel as well as a house!!
