With a half decent torch you could probably communicate with Tanygaer Royce. Dit dit dit, da da da, stylie!!!, Or in the day time, a couple fo flags would do. :D

Tany.... if those Mochin are getting a bit above their station, you can't have that with small children around, all teh more reason to do the pork scratchin's thing with them!!!!;)

Hey there, Sir tanygaer-

I do believe that we are up to as many pages of post, as there are attendees? :dude::dude::dude:

Well done, us! :cheeky1::cheeky1::cheeky1::cheeky1::cheeky1::cheeky1::cheeky1:

Foxy promises me now, that, despite recent trauma, there's at least a 50/50 chance that I will have a motorbike, and be able to attend....:D

I'm just curious; can a non-Welsh (person) order a helmet, in XXL (ok, my head keeps getting larger, as I get older; no comments allowed! :P) with that "bitchin' " Welsh flag on it? And....if I do....will Miss tanygaer forgive me, as a totally "unworthy" bloke? :baffled:  :cooldevil: :cooldevil: :cooldevil:  I suspect she may, if my card has sufficient remaining credit available for a proper shopping spree?

Motorcycle Pete - i heard about the news on the old girl, bit of a disastour, but i am sure you'll get it sorted.

Stumpies helmet is a graphic only, and nothing like her real one, I have seen a Welsh Dragon one but for the live of me I cannot remember were,

Stumpy forgives anyone, anything when they mention "shopping", now as for numbers am am afraid we have about another 40 pages to go before the number of pages will equal the number attending the event...

See you soon, Motorcycle and Silverfoxs organising abilities excepted....

Pete has promised me that he is "graphically challenged", which of course is yet another thing we have in common! :cheeky1::cheeky1:  Obviously,  he is far more talented that he lets on, so......:baffled:

Nothing to worry about Karen, just a little mishap with MCP's English ride which is now at the mechanics being rectified as we speak, should all be fixed i time for him to head north in time for the WMG

Hey Tan Y Gaer,

Now we are so close to this momentous event, you need to post a separate thread detailing the rides to bring all the members in. No way they can find it in amongst this 100 and odd pages of drivel :cheeky1::cheeky1:

Don't know how else I will manage to get there.

Hey Sir Tanygaer, I think that's a pretty good idea!  It's in there, somewhere? :baffled: Although, GM, I resemble the implication that anything here is drivel, since I am no doubt "chief driveler" on this thread? :cheeky1:

Well, ok, perhaps not-  it may be that "other" Pete! :dude:

David, you asked me in a PM if I could find your place.  I'm an "analog" guy- love maps, hate GPS (not really, but sort of, out of principle that it will take away my few rest stops!)

Amazingly, Google Earth allowed me to follow your directions, practically to your farm....through the village, over the cattle grid (yes, I'll watch for slippage), angle left, and from there I see a number of properties on the right hand side of the road, which goes mostly straight, until it runs out of properties?  If I knew which group of structures were yours, I'm sure I could ride right to you.....says the Yank, who has no idea if he can actually pull that trick off......:cooldevil:  Btb; will Stumpy loan me her quad, for the Sunday morning hillclimb?

It is indeed possible to google right down onto Tanygaer's roof, but I don't recommend it, as Dave can be seen sunbathing in his Speedos on the back patio!!!!:cheeky1::cheeky1:

Google maps is as good a way as any for finding it, as you would no doubt need a large scale Ordnance Survey map to find the "estate" otherwise.:(

Hi Hobo,

There are indeed detailed distructions on how to find the Tan Y Gaer Homestead to be had from the dedicated web site, http://goldwing-riders.co.uk

In any case as you will no doubt be arriving with the venerable Geordiemuppet and clan he knows where he is going having been there once or twice before.

If on the other hand you are arriving with our brother in arms Motorcycle Pete, I will be sending him detailed instructions via PM shortly.

We will of course be arranging for a guard of honour to be lining the track for your arrival. We are all very much looking forward to you buying the first round of drinks at the bar..
