Hey everyone, just a update...........last week I was in Calhoun, GA at Cyote61's place and rode by the Country Inn. It is very nice and new! Just off exit 312 on I-75 and about 5 miles from Tom's ranch which will be very convienent!!
Good choice of hotel. If it fills up with all you rowdy bikers, there is also a Holdiay Inn Express, La Quinta (which is new), and a Hampton Inn which all of them are close to each other.
Can't wait to see you there in September!!!

The ranch will definately do in a pinch!!!! It is wonderful and the pictures here on the forum does not do it justice! There will be enough room for all the activities!!
I just can't figure out why everyone in Calhoun was asking me if I was Wrongway??

Great to hear you're joining us at the Country Inn Len.
I hope our air conditioning works ok because they had to put extra air conditioning in Silverfox's room (apparently something to do with hot air or something).

Well I do think that we poor soft Brits and Irish, should get all the air con available, since anything over 50 degrees feels hot to us at the moment!!! We are having a miserable summer over here, with rain every day and very little sunshine!!!
Anythig over about 65degrees and we will be melting!!!!
I had better not stand next to your new Wing, it will reflect too much heat at me!!!

| Do they still allow smoking in motels in Georgia? I stayed at a motel in Indiana last winter and some others that were with our party smoked in their room and got a $300 fine. Had to pay it or go to court and pay the states fines.

| I just called to find out. My room is a non smoking. They said that they have a floor that is for smokers. In the area that I live smokeing is banned anywhere that is a public place. No smoking in resturants, bars, motels. To smoke outside you have to be 15 feet from the door. I don't smoke anymore but did for 30 years. It is tough on smokers here. $45. a carton and your are very restricked about smoking them.
