OK!!! With all the PM's and Mana I've received it looks like this is a definate GO!!! With all this Mana and a dollar, hopefully I can buy a cup of coffee anywhere!! (Thanks for the Mana! )
I am thinking of a name for our not-so-formal group and as I stated before this is for everyone so your input is very important!
The name I came up with for identification purposes for the forum is KANWINGS. If you can think of a better name, just let me know!
It's just a name, it doesn't mean you have to ride a wing, or be from Kansas either.
The date I am proposing is Saturday, May 10, 2008. This will hopefully give everyone enough advanced notice so we can have as many as we can get together for the first ride. (and I can be in town as well!!) Route TBD but will probably start around the Wichita area and ride a few hours, eat, ride a few hours and then breakup and go home. We can get contact information so that everyone knows what is planned and can come if able.
After that, whatever we want to do for the next ride(s) start in a different place, day ride, weekend trip ..............whatever flips our skirts up.....................I'm in!
There won't be officers or anything real formal.......just a bunch of people getting together, meeting new friends and riding motorcycles. It will be modeled after SIERRASJ so when you can ride, we would love to have you!! When you can't , we'll talk about you!

Let me know what you think here on the forum and if this date would work for most (I know we won't be able to get a perfect date for everyone ) I will start another thread with the annoucement of the ride.

Big D! Get it right......I'm the only one with those ugly headlights so far (That has signed up so far) .............. (not that this matters!)
I look forward to all of us getting together, riding, and sharing the love of motorcycles!
You need to come down and ride with us on some of these last minute rides! Today was a great day! 150.3 miles on the clock riding around with Patch, Jeff H, Bill and Renee.....and my daughter. Sorry Freon Rick, you missed a good one!

| For sure Rick, sorry to hear about your Father in law. We have lots of great trips ahead (if I could only remember all the "great" trips in the past!).

Thanks to everyone for the "last minute" get together rides
I guess sometimes they are the best! I put over 400 miles on the bike since Friday riding with old and new friends! What a wonderful weekend and good weather this weekend as well. (Wish we had a emoticon for WIND!)
Let's look at next weekend everyone as I will be getting back from my business trip on Friday Night from Lakeland, FL just in time for the Karoake Show (Yes, see you and Candace there..... Patch!)
Boumount maybe next??? (Did I spell that right??)
Mighty Max and Big D, rcmatt07, Beth and anyone else who will be willing to be seen with me ..............are you in?
Popeye and Tybme, Slink, and Donna..........we can meet you there?? Just PM me or call my cell phone as I will be checking in on the forum after the Sun-N-Fun Airshow (work), golf, and dinner.
(Come on, it's Florida!)
Can't wait for the official KANWINGS get together next month. Invite everyone that you know that rides..........again, we don't care what they ride as long as they enjoy motorcycles like we do!!
