Sorry been buuuuusy.
I am out for this Sunday. My beloved Jayhawks are having a parade and are opening up the field house for an awards presentation so I am going to ride into Lawrence (providing the weather is worth a crap) and attend the festivities.
Keep the updates coming Flyone you know you can't keep me away for long!

You know how the weather changes in Kansas!
It may be 30 or 70 degrees at any given day here in the heartland!
See you and Tybme maybe next time...............make sure both of you plan for the KANWINGS ride!
Now it's time for me to pack to come back to Kansas. I've had all the fun I can stand with my clothes on here in Florida!
Will give an update on Saturday......................

Many Thanks to freonrick, whbondjr, bills girl, Big D for the ride today! It was
(No pun intended) and the typical Kansas winds were always fun..........
But it was a pleasure meeting you Darren (Big D) and to find out we have a lot of things in common (as I have been an avionics technician for over 25 years) and it was neat to meet people from the forum here and get to ride with each of you. What a great bunch of people we have in our group. Put 120 miles on the clock today and enjoyed every one of them (some more than others....especially in the afternoon!)
Call me or PM me if you want to ride as my arm can be twisted to get the bike out.
Sorry that Patch, Candace, Jeff H, Mighty Max, rcmatt07, Tybme, and Popeye missed this informal KANWINGS ride as it turned out to be a lot of fun. (But this is what these rides are about, come when you can as you're always welcome!)
Hope you get feeling better Patch , as Mrs. Flyone has the same crud that you do. I know that that is not the funnest thing in the world as she is coughing a lot to the point that it hurts.
See you at the KANWINGS ride if not before..........it will be in the 70's this week so if you're out riding, give me a shout!
Big D, maybe the next ride should be to Linsborg (sp?) and you lead the ride???? Maybe we can get the northern folk to come down and meet us there and then ride, ride, ride!
Talk to all of you real soon and Thanks again!!!
Bill

She chickened out on that one. I'm just waiting to see her eat the FULL ORDER of biscuits and gravy in Ferdonia.
