That's really not a stupidER question Craig..............I've been there a couple times.........and I don't know the name of the joint!!

All I DO KNOW is the food is GREAT! :cooldevil: Just look for the Goldwings in the parking lot!!!

I do remember that if you come off US400 towards the town, the "joint" is on the left hand side at the only major intersection in town (if you can call it a major intersection). :baffled:

The name of the place is the "Western Diner" address is 114 South Third, Fredonia, Kansas  Phone 620-378-3693.  It was open on Sunday last time we went.  My question is should we call and give them advance warning that a large group of "crazy" people are going to be headed their way?

Good job there Renee.

These other jokers only say, "Let's go to Podunk & eat Biscuits"....:shakehead:

This is a competition?  A Prize?  If I recall correctly, I am one of the smaller guys...only 240 lbs...& the others say this meal is too big to finish?  :realshocked:  Might have to try.

Someone once told me to never eat anything bigger than your head. [forgot why, though]  Any ride planned afterwards, or are we just going to lie on the diner's lawn like pythons digesting a pig?

Hey Popeye, I think people who can ride afterwards (after eating the B&G breakfast) will be doing a little ride somewhere.............

I think Patch, whbondjr, and Bill's girl is working on that.

I personally think I'll be lying on the lawn.........:cheeky1::cheeky1::cheeky1::cheeky1:

Why would anyone complain about 'FREE GAS' these days?  :dude:

We're thinking about headin' out to the Ozarks in MO from the "Western Tavern" for a couple days.

Anyone know some great places to see?  We went to the Osage Beach area last time, but just drove thru...too touristy.  Good places to stay?

I hope to make it. I am in the middle of completly remodeling the kitchen, all new cabinets, add a few more outlets, new wall and floors. What makes me sick is I could have bought a new 1800 for what this is costing me and I am doing all the labor. I have a guy coming Tuesday to make a template for the counter top so I have to have all the base cabinets installed and secured before then. They should be a law against honey do list.:P

Rick, You have my sypathy...I did the kitchen thing a few years ago...then other rooms + 2 baths.

With the work of taking-a-house apart then re-doing it....I could've built 2 houses on an empty lot. :stumped:

I'm beginning to understand 'homeless' people.
