It was none of our group I believe........The only ones still out on the road is Cyote61, (talked to him), The Slinks (who are currently about 100 miles from home) The Snores (I have talked to them, they are having fun taking their time heading slowly back to Georgia), Rcameron and Cindy (who are STILL on vacation) and doing well, and AZgl1500 who I also talked to and was bedded down last night in OKC.

What a awesome time and this event!!!!! :applause::bow::applause::bow::applause::bow:

Can't wait for next year! All of you folks (and I do mean each and everyone of you) who made the event was great! The ones of you who didn't.............I am so sorry you missed it. :sadguy:

We were and are still Chris and Berta, although we discussed killing off A1 and A2 and becoming Rollie and Pollie after we saw the pics and videos....;)

That was Chromo you were riding with most that trip, but I think it was Carl that took a certain turn

NO NO, don't kill off A1 A2, I like them, they are my friends :waving:

Have to excuse Chromo he lost some metal on some of the curves during the Sunday ride so he is a little off balance now! LOL

You got that right, maybe I was off balance a little all weekend even.

I mentioned a few times my bike wasn't feeling right to me at times, but I don't know why.
On way home yesterday I noticed bike leans to the left if I take both hands off the bars. I don't normally do that though, and with hands even just barely resting on the bars the bike runs straight.
Take my hands off and she just starts to drift to the left slow and I can feel her start to lean.

Ya. I know I lost some metal on the lower right side, but surely not that much :cheeky1:

I'll start a thread elsewhere about the lean drift problem so I don't pull this thread off topic.

Just a quick question for Flyone about it though, do you think that Oil Jug carrier I have could be causing the bike to be experiencing to much lift on one side compared to the other side, or too much drag, forgot which side I mounted the oil jug on :smiler:

I did take the bike a short ride after I unloaded, still has the same drift lean so it was not the load on it

Hey Dave, I told Chris I dreamed about hearing yours and Stephanie's voices Sunday morning.  He said I dream the strangest things.....  Sorry we missed you guys!  Jeff (theliverkid) came by Saturday night and well...:?  He came back by Sunday around 8:45 AM and luckily kicked us awake to ride.

Chromo, your 'reserve oil jug' was mounted on the left side of your bike.  May I suggest a 'red' oil jug with a 'red' bungee?

I was going for Patriotic, Red bike, White jug, blue bungee, :?

Well, ok, I just now thought of that, but I walked out to look, and sure enough

Well we had great weather for ES, it's now pretty gloomy looking here at the house.
I'm going off to ride now, probably get wet, I feel like one of those space movies.

Chromo, to go where 1 rider has been before " In Search Of, Seat Pad"

Having a oil bottle strapped to the outside of your wing is a good way to get some silly comments started over at the Harley forums.:cheeky1::cheeky1:

There was even some table dancing tonight!

Was looking at the real nice photos (wishing I was there) and had a thought when I came to the maps...are these available? I've never been to AR and these maps would come in handy when I get the opportunity.

Thoughts?

You mean you have OIL in  YOURS???
I just thought it was a neat way to hide the beer for those rest periods on long rides.

Oh, those jugs? I'm a HD rescue rider, I ride out on the wing, 1 oil jug is oil and the other jug has various nuts and bolts and springs.  :cheeky1::cheeky1::cheeky1:

OK, OK. the jug comes back off!!!!!
I only had it there to begin with really because I had to add part of a quart, started a ride a little low and did not want to hold folks up for me to run into Wal-mart.
Then did not want the open jug leaking on stuff in the bags.

:littleangel: Wish you guys had mentioned that before! I would have left it at the camp.
I guess maybe those polite comments and jokes were hints I did not catch:?

We are not quite home yet....roughing it in a Hampton Inn in Florence, AL.  Had pretty good roads and weather today....ran into some sprinkles along the way but nothing serious enough or lasted long enough for rainsuits.

The memories we have will last a lifetime!!  We enjoyed meeting our old friends and making a whole bunch of new ones.  Thanks to the organizers for making such a wonderful weekend!  And to the rest.....well...Ya know!:cheeky1:

Ride report will be posted this weekend (hopefully)!

I met so many great folks at ES and remember people very well.
Sorry I have so much trouble with names though, I just met so many great people at one time I am overloaded on input!
Or just getting senile at an early age.

Edit
I remember now  who I was asking about, never mind

The maps i have in the gallery could be printed full page for use but most can be gotten in paper form from local shops. The Harley named ones came from the pig trail Harley shop in Eureka Springs and there are some from a motorcycle guide that are in gas stations and tourist info places. Also took pictures of the route the group had but really need scanned copies but forgot to get printed copies while there. Will add some routes in the Mountain View Ar. area soon. The collection of maps are in my gallery here at goldwingfacts.
