Hope you all don't mind a Jellous northerners watching your thread. You all are lucky to get some of your bikes out. Mine will not see the road till April. At this time I have a 4' snow bank to get over and a skating rink to get past. Cabin fever is bad in north west Penn. I have enjoyed reading about your group and one day would enjoy getting down that way. Tod in the froze north.

Hey Todd, don't feel too bad.  Our NE Kansas members got 14 inches of snow a couple weeks ago.  The Wichita area got 7 inches yesterday.  :snowman::snowman:

Yup, April is about right.  C'mon down, we'll take care of ya. :)

Did you sit on the porch or watch her 'help' through-the-window? :cheeky1:

I was thinking the same thing. "Helped her through the window".:cheeky1::cheeky1:

 I am shocked that you would think I would let that poor unfortunate Flygirl shovel that little driveway by herself! :D

I never met a parent who paid their kids to do their chores.  However, after shoveling the driveway, I'd allow an extra 20 minutes to get the laundry done, dinner on the table, dishes washed, room cleaned, house vacuumed/dusted, etc.

If the snow was real deep, I might even take $2. or so off their room & board [if they were under 10 yrs old]. :)

But I'm just a softy.

My folks offered me a choice about shoveling snow:  With or Without a whoopin' first.  [sometimes, if I waited to be told to do it, took too long, missed a spot or complained, I got the whoopin' anyway] :?

You just KNOW Flyone would've chose the whoopin, everytime. :cheeky1:
