 Hot damn, tomorrow will be bike day in cyote's district. At least for a few hours anyway. A heat wave is coming:thumbsup: Now all I have to do it get up early and get chores done so I can sneak outta here for a few. I think I may smell "Steak N Shake" in the air. If I can get there before I have to get a hair cut 65 miles in the other direction I could get in about 175 miles tomorrow. Wow, now lets see what will screw it up in the meantime.

It's ok walt, it got up to 56* here today with no wind.  I got to squeeze in a short ride with a couple rummies who showed up in my driveway. :action::action::action: AWESOME !!

Had to quit early as my new chrome side covers were blinding cross-traffic and onlookers!!:madeyes:

rummies???? :surprised:

It was great today, got in almost 100 miles with Pop Fly and it was great to get out with Popeye!

Talked to Linda and Pipewrench and found out the iron infusion went well and Linda is feeling somewhat better.

I wonder if she would feel even better with some Chrome infusion??? Pipe, you might want to try that one out!

Their story down here is that the clouds didn't come in as fast as they thought so the sun stayed out and caused the temp to go up.........(Man, I need their job!:grinner:) Then they changed the forecast.......bad weather including freezing rain, snow, etc. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. :hi:

I forgot to put my bike in the garage yesterday.  The 50% chance of rain soaked it all night !! I had the sheepskin on it.

Hope it doesn't leave water spots on my new chrome side covers. :headbanger:

Since my recent & much-publicized B-Day, e/one now knows I just turned 56 [just a "few" years before the first Goldwing came out]. :smiler:

Also, folks who go "off-roading" with their Wings & leave 'em caked with mud ... indefinately, should not be criticizing the way I wash mine.  I won't mention any names, but the red-riding 'rummies' left clumps of dirt on my driveway yesterday:P

Popeye, you left out an important point. Dirt on your motorcycle forms a protective coating against chemicals and road grime. If you 'wash' it, then you expose your beauty to things that can hurt it. Now how heartless is that!
