Listen guys, I'm bringing the cyote lounge but-------but-------- that's if I don't have to cancel out. I just lost my hired hand again. He ran off with the milkman I guess. Can't seem to find him now. If I don't have a new person hired and trained then I will have to cancel at the last minute, which will piss me to no end! I already have my space rented at the golf course. If I make it I will bring an extra Bar-Bee, but don't count on me yet. I'll keep you informed. ;)

Tom you need any help finding a hand? There's always 18+ year old kids running around here that grew up farming looking for somewhere else to go and someone else to work for (besides Dad)
Seriously if you want an add put up I bet we could find you a good ol' Kansas boy that would want the work.

Ya think so? Do I need to send him bus fare? 10 million people out of work and no one wants to work, that's the problem. Oh they want to draw a paycheck, but work------no way in hell. Most farm and ranch hands are drifters. 99% of them don't stay very long. Just enough to try and draw some unemployment or they get enough money to buy a car that runs and then come day after payday, you never see them again. Here is a true story. Had one guy not long ago that got paid, his girlfriend took it all the same day, and at 2pm he was standing down on the road hitch hiking to Wyoming. Just left his stuff laying in the barn and left. Awh yes, its a wonderful world out there.

I was tellin Norman the other night, we probably averaged about 75% convicted felon's applying when we put our last add in the paper. We've hired the handicapped, the recovering alcoholics, the homeless, the poor and unfortunate, the idiots, the ultra low IQed, and many a parole--eeess. And we've even hired normal educated people.:cheeky1: Woah is me:( We even pay more than minimum wage and offer medical plans, paid vacations, and sicko days. I give up, send me your poor and your indigent, if the work I'll feed them.

Well trainwreck, we may get in under the wire yet. Have a new man starting work tomorrow-------if he shows up-----? It will take just about that now and Llano to get him trained so I can leave. I may make it yet! :smiler:

Almost time Jerry. Got the right side back on took off the left side for some 29 year pm. Gonna fire it off midweek and go for a short break in ride.

My gl1100 blew the o-rings in the head last fall and just now getting out of my recliner to fix it.

But good news, even with 39000 miles on the bike there is no wear in the cylinders at all.Get ready cause I getting closer!

Anewbie is asking. What or who are the TX Rhinos? Tell me about this meet and greet. Sounds like I may be interested and there are four of us from the Dallas area.

Once a year forum members and other willing victim are invited to camp out for a few days. We even let harley riders show up.

Share a few drinks,a few laughs, few meals. Then we all try to go for a ride. Try to assist the one that can't get their bikes going .

This year the meet is in Llano Tx at the city park.It is right on the river. Camping is $1.00 day for each person, clean up your own mess. Leave no burn outs on the grass. There is an rv camp within the park if needed.

There is some very good rides to be had in the area[enchanted rock, Luckenbach, etc].

  Bring a tent,chair,clothes,money and have a ball.

The dates this year is going to be April 8th until April 12th. By that time we should be tired enough to go home happy.

None of the activites are forced and it is not a mandatory event. If you ride slower than some one else,no problem, most of us will not run over you.

There will be more info as we get closer, maps and such .

The Rhino's are imported from Kansas for entertainment!:applause::applause::applause:They can't sing or dance but a lot of fun!:dance:as well as everyone that shows up.

And don't be surprised at all the out of staters that show up. My brother and I rode all the way in from South Carolina for last years, other members came in from Kansas and Arkansas.

Out of staters are more than welcome to come... We Texans love to show people how great or state is.... Just ask any of us we will tell ya (if we haven't already). I try to make it a habit not to ask people where their from though.... I once asked a guy from Kansas and he got embarrassed...... Who knew a guy in a thong could be embarrassed .... go figure........

Got a phone call from Planemech last nite and he is stepping down.He will not be able to make the entire meet but might be able to do one day.

Would like for the ones that know the area and have knowledge of good rides in the area to step up with your planned ride as ride captain.

The camp ground is Robinson Park on hwy 252 in Llano. I will be there Thursday to make sure we have an area for us.

Will have phone # for camp ground later.

Hey! What about us OKIES? Don't we count?
I have a question about the tent camping. Do we need a reservation at the campground or can we just show up?

litefuse did and excellent job of describing the event. Motel is ok too and there are a couple of nice ones there. Probably some of the Kansas Rhino's will be moteling. This is the most laid back fun group you could ever meet up with, you can trust me on that cause I show up from North Georgia for several Rhino events all year. And the big bonus is, you get the chance to meet the world famous, one and only cyote61. Famous bufferler hunter, tour guide, master bartender, and bride chaser. Me, Willie, Waylon and boys got lots of stories to tell. You may even get a chance to see the cyote get another wife or two! And that's the truth.

My mind is in a state of fuzzel now that I no longer need it!

Mr and Mrs Dingdong From the land of Okys were in attendance at last years function along side of the Llano river. Neither one of them went swimming,[no body else did either] but had a great time with them. Hope ya'll show up this year again.

  Thank you Bagmaster.
