My guess is Big Sky country. Maybe even in Utah.

There's no tilt to the horizon indicating the photographer was seated on a bike and twisting their torso around to snap the shot so.... I would say it was taken in the back of a pick up truck.  Well, that highway is only about a mile long. Problem is, you and your bike aren't present there now. And it is close to Kansas City, KS

It looks like you are about a mile west of the junction of US 281 and Kansas 191. Do you have a picture of the monument/marker, showing the Geographical center on the CONUS??
