Thanks Dylan. I hope to get word back tomorrow. I'm going to look for a few other places that can do them. I know the embroiedery shop on post will do them on shirts and things for us.

okay here is one reply I got. Not a bad price, they didn't say anything about a setup fee. Thank you for your inquiry. We would be pleased to manufacture your patch in a quantity of 100 pieces at a rate of $1.95/piece. Plastic backing is included at no extra charge. Some of the smaller lettering could be a problem. Andrew, if that don't pan out let me know and I'll check with a guy that made the hats and stuff for our OHV club and see if he can do it.

I've been toying with different sites to in regards to shirts and things. The guy I contacted today is really proud of his patches, $3.30 each. So I think that one is out.

The conversion to a vector format, I was told by the embroidery shop that I'm using, cannot be done for some reason by simply converting a .JPG to whatever it is that she wanted by using the on-line converters. I'm not clear as to why, I just took it for her word and had a friend re-draw the design I had in .JPG and .PNG. She went off of those. Wether this friend of mine has a way of converting them I don't know. I'll see if I can find out more. I'm now interested in more of the details about this (as if I need to be consuming what little noodle-space is left).

Doozer was able to work with the jpegs, said he didn't need vector for small patches of the flags. But if it helps, here is the original Photoshop .PSD layered file; http://www.goldwingfacts.com/Gifs/patch.psd It's set up for the yellow patch, but anyone with Photoshop will be able to change the colours easily.

I had hoped that my sign graphics software would work with at least one of the files received. But No Luck. schmidtap, sent me a file and it would not work with it either. It will open, but not vectorized/recognized as such by my software. If wingnut could see if Photoshop will save it in a different file format?? Or perhaps tell me what the Fonts were used, and where you got the map image? I could just rebuild the image. I was able to locate a World Map, just need what fonts were used on the patch?? Well Dylan came through with a file that I could use on the sign machine, the map was a bitmap image so I went looking for a vectored map. Came up with a close match. Hope it passes inspection.
