I was thinking I needed to get into better shape . The problem is I dont know whats a better shape then round .:cheeky1:

Seriously Jennifer I hope your challenge goes well for you .  As me I have made an effort to get in a 3mile walk each evening . Maybe that will help my shape . At least i know it helps the heart and breathing .

Well, after 2 weeks I'm feeling great and see improvements already. :weightlifter: 24 more lbs to lose.  That's my goal by the end of 12 weeks.  4.2lbs gone already.  I'll do another update in 2 weeks in more detail. :weightlifter:

Hey Jennifer how about letting me and Mrs. 2wings hitchhike on your "Body Maker over" - Body for Life. God knows we need it. I need to shed 30 lbs, maybe my knees will feel better. It wouldn't hurt Mrs 2wings to drop about 80.

I figure our combined the weight lost of 110 lbs will have a positive effect. It will improve my Wing's gas mileage and add a few more years on our lives :battle:

I am ready for a 5 week intense fat burner boot camp.:skipping:

keep on Winging
