As a former Arizonan (15 years), Redneck, I'm sure glad to hear that "lizard spit from a gila monster" is good for sumpin'! I had my doubts, there, for awhile, and I'm glad that's working for you!

Hey Dennis,
Not to worry buddy. I hear there are people on this forum that have some mighty big pull with the big boss upstairs. I bet there is some heavy duty discussion going on right now about your recovery. Keep the faith in yourself and your will, the rest of us will be pullin for ya until you're ridding again.
Warmest Regards,
Tom

Best of luck to you Dennis. Follow the doctors orders and pinch all the good looking nurses and you'll be out and riding again in no time!

Latest update:
just came off the phone to Dennis, he is now in St Thomas's hospital, London. The big wigs who make the decisions are to have a meeting tomorrow at about 08.30 to decide what is to be done, if anything. Dennis is going to ring me when he knows more.
In the mean time, he suffered another heart attack last night at around midnight, which obviously wasn't pleasant and has put further strain on his heart.
He has promised me that if the decision is that they are not prepared to opperate, then he is going to start "throwing his toys out of his pram", big time.
I am going to try and get up to visit him either tomorrow or Saturday, to at least give him some moral support.
As Rudy said this hasn't exactly been a week filled with good news on the site, but I trust you will all continue to lend support to Dennis via this thread. I will of course print off the pages and take them for him to read. Despite everything he still retains his sense of humour, with a degree of resignation and resolve.
So folks, tonight is the night to cross all your fingers and toes, or say prayers, or even send jocular messages to our "family member" Dennis and his lovely wife Ann. Let's hope the Doctors can see a way to procceed that gives Dennis back some quality of life.
Cheers all
Pete & Helen

Dennis,
We will continue to keep you in our prayers. I'm sorry you're having such a rough time of it, but glad you're keeping your sense of humor. Laughing is good for you.

Smile though your heart is aching
Smile even though it's breaking
When there are clouds in the sky, you'll get by
If you smile through your fear and sorrow
Smile and maybe tomorrow
You'll see the sun come shining through for you
If you just smile.
Keep Smilin' Dennis,
And we'll keep praying for your heart to heal.

Just spoke to Dennis and he is awaiting some more tests on Monday before decisions are going to be made.
He has some family visiting today so he asked us not to go up to see him as he will no doubt be tired after they have been. I will print off the well wishes and forward them by pidgeon post, so that he has got them to read.
I might get a chance to dash up to London on Monday so I wil pass on verbal well wishes then, as I have today, from you all.
