I think they will build it.....would be unique to see if they do.  When I was 10 years old space travel was science fiction...now we have robots.....some basic space travel and I did not even know what a computer was 5 years ago......Kit

You bet they will ;).  It is also supposed to generate all of it's own power through the revolving of the floors.

I wouldn't want to live in one...think about the stairs..or elevators in it...looks like a death trap to me.

But I can easily see on ein the next Star Wars movie.

Yep, the next Star Wars movie will have something like that in it.

Going to be quite an engineering feat to keep it all stable. That country is built on sand. No rocks over there.
