No no no CJ, t'was not meant as a slight in any way.

I honestly like the recipe, and will use it often. It would be an absolute shame if one of the best recipes I've ever seen was right here and the forum, and it didn't make it to the book!

However, I did take the liberty of giving it a snazzy name that tied it back to motorcycling in some way. ;)
