Man I wish I had known about this before it went to print, I have owned a resaurant and cooked as a pro for many years!! I am known as "the chef" over on the NGW site. picasso.

Good morning all, this is Mrs. LilJack. Just want to let everyone know that I am working on finishing up the cookbook and need to know if there are any more recipes that anyone would like added. If you have anything, send it as soon as you can and I will add it to the book before printing. I hope to finish it up this week and start printing. Thanks to all who have contributed. Angela

How bout some baby back ribs. I skin the back skin off first and marinate them in mayonnaise over night. Put whatever dry seasoning ( i use fajita seasoning ) and grill them over charcoal until the right color. Wrap in foil in indirect heat for 1 hour low heat and enjoy.

Hey, I am new here, so i am reading up on everything, but i am confused, what happened to the recipie book? All of a sudden all the posts just stopped. I'm just curious.

I received my cookbook in the mail today!!!  This is a great treat and for those of you have not already purchased one better get one soon before they are gone!!! Many Thanks to you LilJack and Angela for putting this all together... All the proceeds from the sale of these goes to benefit the board!!! Thanks Tynkerbelle, glad you liked it. Angela did the work on this, all I did was draw a couple pics for it and do the forum posting for the most part so she gets the credit. Don't know what I would do without her, not just for the book.

I just bought and paid for a cookbook, I thought I'd better otherwise Christine would have roasted me. The link seems to work OK. Its a pity we didn't spot the thread sooner as we could have added a few recipes too. Ah well maybe there will be a second edition in due course. let me know the shipping costs to UK and I'll send seperate payment. Thanks meandher73 , got your order. The cost of the books includes shipping so no need to send extra money for that. As for a second edition, we'll base that on the response for this one.
