Think this is an over look just inside the Colorado line on highway 84 heading for Pagosa Springs.

Water fall between Silverton and Ouray  Norton probably knows the name of this peak. It can bee seen when heading from Ouray to Silverton.

Hey JW,,,,,,,,, that Million Dollar Highway is a real hoot, aint it  . I've been lucky enough to do it twice now. I think I know that water falls, it's at the "Bear Creek" overlook. And the mountain peak you speak of is also seen from there.

Thought I would show a few of mine, I have a bunch more but nothing that compares to what you guys have been posting. These are some from the brow of Lookout Mountain as well as a few from Little River Gorge outside of Fort Payne Alabama.

Thanks buddy, I have a bunch of those rascals from the brow in Mentone, Alabama and I have a couple of night pics that are pretty nice as well. I will post a few more in a minute.

Here is a few of the cabin in Mentone, Al that we stay at a good bit.  It's a nice little cozy cabin on the brow of Lookout Mountain and has become a second home to us. Here are a few more that I took off the back porch while there last time.      Here is one on the road that runs back to Rome Ga from Fort Payne.  I have a lot more on another hard drive that I need to get out and post. Jeff

These are from the Whitney Zone in the Sierras I love these trees   Here is one of the Locals  Grass lake on the Meysan Lake trail.  a closer shot of Grass Lake  One Big Old Tree    Movie road rocks just outside Lonepine , Ca  The Arch at movie road  Sunrise just above Trail Camp on the switchbacks on the Mt Whitney trail  Th "Cables" on the Mt. Whitney trail iced over.
