I posted this on up a ways but will post again to help get more votes:

If you are using Windows XP or VISTA, here is a trick for being able to vote 20 times on one computer/24 hr period. (I stumbled on to it quite by accident)

After voting your 10 times, go up to the top of your page next to the "REFRESH" button. 'Click' on the "COMPATIBILITY VIEW" button. (one icon to the left of the Refresh...looks like a letter ripped in half) Once the page resets, vote another 10 times.

(by the way, pressing "F5" will refresh your page too)
