 Hard to read, but does that bike say San Antonio on the bags?  If so, it's from just down the road from me.  Hope I never see one in my rearview mirror.  Thay also have GL1500 Police bikes, which do look nicer. 

  I am guessing with the SAPD badge on the tank, it is.  Has the Alamo in the design.

Also don't forget jefferson county's special bikes.

 

On a different, I note that the Garda Traffic Corps has just placed an order with BMW Ireland for 300 BMW bikes for the traffic corps to replace the ST1100 & Deauville's. This info comes from my best mate who is stationed in Rathfarnham and has trialled one for the last 2mths.
