Serious moment folks.

We took in the Pennsylvania Monument. It pretty much marks the the battle of Gettysburg where many men died for their beliefs - I guess not much has changed.

Respect

Well folks, Bigeesteve and his good lady Tina (that's Mrs Bigeesteve to you guys) are looking after me really well. We have done the culture and broadening horizons bit, so now I am hoping for the educational part of my visit.

Rather hoping Steve might take me out partying and we haven't even seen a policeman this year. :cheeky1:

Hi DaveinOz.

Not sure when I will get down under, but you can be sure I will. Can't wait to meet all our Down Under members. Already met Globetrotter in Killarney, but looking forward to meeting you and Taff and the other members down there. :cooler:

My itinerary at present looks like this: -

Bum around the States until summer.

Scrounge a lift with Motorcycle Pete back to England for the Welsh Meet n Greet.

Go to the British Treffen with GM, Christine & Vasco.

Go to the Luxembourg Treffen with GM, Christine & Vasco.

Scrounge a lift with our esteemed Forum Diplomat to Cyote 61's for this huge Meet n Greet in the US and then plan from there.

I am looking forward to the Welsh Meet n Greet as it looks like there will be as many as 50 forum members attending. But I think this Amercan Meet n Greet in September will be the biggest yet. What with me, the Forum Diplomat and the Axeman attending, it will be something really special  anyone who is anyone will be there :2finger:, except for Redwing of course. He has plenty to say, but never turns up.

Papasmurf,

Oops, sorry, I mean PapaJoe, I can do that, but you will have to promise that if I travel to Scotland with you, you will have to bring me back to the British Treffen so that I can go to Luxembourg.
