I'd like to hear more about your end-of-Sept ride, too!  We're coming across on the SS Badger on Friday 8/31  with Mrs. Clarkin and 'Pearl', headed for Appleton.  Leaving for Geneva, IL on Labor Day Monday.

In Galway the real bikers shone .. Myself, blackwing and motorcyclepete were the only real bikers that arrived in the pouring rain ,put our tents up in the pouring rain and slept in the pouring rain and mud ,the rest of the girls ie.silverfox ,geordiemuppet,shrek snr,wickla,etc etc all went to BnB and hotels ,Even Hobo the little maggot went to a BnB ,The real bikers I am afraid to say are few and far between on this forum :cheeky1::cheeky1:

A warm welcome Hobo, to the site, and it was nice to meet you in Ireland. :waving:

As promised, Hobo is on his way to the USA with Motorcycle Pete, who left us on the big silver bird this morning. Within 24 hours or so he should be in Oregon and rested ready for onward travels.

He made a whistlestop meeting up with Rave and family in South Wales, on our way back from Ireland last night. Unfortunatelaly he was shattered by the end of the return trip so didn't get to come on and post, however, his picture at Raves' should soon be posted.

Happy travels, Hobo and boy do I wish we could be with you on your exciting journeys.

:waving::waving:
