Absolutely Pete, I was going to suggest that after Calhoun, Hobo head north of the US Border with one or more of our Canadian cousins, but as long as he meets the certain deadline for the Welsh Meet N Greet, I will make sure he gets back to the US for the big one - after that, the world is his oyster, so long as he calls in home from time to time.

The one thing to remember is that there are plenty more seasons and sooner or later, Hobo will get round all the regular members of this forum eventually.

Button Lady, photos of Hobo's travels are indeed all contained within this thread, check 'em out, he has had some fun and for a little bear and has caused a bit of a rumpus in the process. (Our Hobo is quite familiar with the ways of the law and the insides of cells) :cheeky1:

Hobo wrote: Hi to all you fine forum members.

My name is Hobo, I am a Bear from Northern France and I am the official forum mascot for the best Goldwing forum in the world.

It is my goal to ride with forum members in every country where there are forum members - I have made a good start already as I went to the Meet n Greet in Killarney with Goerdiemuppet, Christine and their daughter Katie, where I met lots of forum members and had a great time seeing the sites and enjoying the night life. I then went on to the Irish Treffen in Donegal and had a quick trip to Northern Ireland.

I then rode back to England with Silverfox and Helen the Viking and flew to America with Motorcycle Pete to begin my travels around the world.

I will be posting details of my travels on the forum and photos in my gallery. I am happy to ride with any forum member, but can only do this if we have a set of rules: -

1. When my travels with a forum member are complete, that member must find me another travelling companion for my journeys. He must arrange to get me to the next member either by meeting up or sending me by post.

2. My travelling companion must keep a log of our travels including photographs which are to be forwarded to Geordiemuppet so that he can help me keep everyone updated.

3. If there is no riding in the winter, my travelling companion must return me to Geordiemuppet so that I can hibernate until conditions improve.

Thanks and it is great to be here.

Just quoted from the beginning of Hobo's thread where Hobo introduced himself and his rules.

When Hobo is with you, PM me and I will provide an e - mail address to send photos and an account of his shinanigans so that he can post what he is up to himself.

He is one well travelled little bear and alot of people are following his advebtures.

He has his bags packed and ready to go. SO PM me an address< and he will be there post haste!

He has been a wonderful mate and we have shared a whole bunch of miles together.

So where is he heading?:action:

Come on guys, Whitewinger is a great guy and I'm really enjoying his company, but summer is here and its time to ride. I would like to meet afew more American members of this fine forum before I go and meet up with Motorcycle Pete to fly to the Welsh Meet n Greet.

So, if you want to meet the one and only Forum Mascot, PM Whitewinger and get the details sorted out, I have real itchy paws and a need to travel and meet.

Hobo's message must have been delayed, because he is now en route to Port Orchard WA, and will be getting a tour of the beautiful area I live in, and should be meeting a few other forum members as well.
