Still around Paul and hopefully making another trip up to Washington to visit my friends on Whidbey Island. Hope we'll be able to do another ride together?
Also hoping to see jluvs2dive and fatal attraction.

Howdy AZgl1500 Thank you for the update A couple of points you mention above Having a nap in the middle of the day is very good and very important for your injury always remember the brain is refreshing and rebuilding when we are asleep so the more naps the better for the brain the other point you mention about work is also very important, the sooner you get yourself back in harness the better even if it's only on a part time basis

I'll be 'round or at lease the capt keeps telling me I'm getting round. I just keep telling her round is a shape. So I'm still in shape.
