There is an Altimeter like yours on my 1983 GL 1100A/Sidecar. It is mounted on the panel in front of the right knee. It doesn't move much around North Central Texas. Not much use to me except if fills the hole until I can figure a way to patch it.

It is lighted so I can see it not move at night. :cooldevil:
