Okay folks, I have a full set of GL1500 EBC brake pads up for grabs, ie a pair of pads for each brake disc. I was asked to fit them to a GL1500 at Christmas but the owner got rid of the bike and doesn't want the pads, so rather than let them gather dust I thought that a forum member with a GL1500 could use them. At approximately 10.15pm (GMT) tomorrow Tuesday April 29th. I will post a simple GL1500 related question here in this thread. The first member to post the correct answer wins the pads and I'll cover the postage to wherever he or she lives on the planet. Any forum member who registered before April 1st this year and has at least ten posts to their name can enter, but I'd prefer if just the GL1500 owners tried their luck with this. I can get prizes for the other models at different stages in the near future. Why 10.15pm and not sooner or later? Well I'll be watching Battlestar Gallactica and it ends at 10pm and that means I will definitely be here and as soon as it's over I'll make a quick cup of tea and post the quiz question at 10.15pm, give or take a couple of minutes. I'll make a quick post beforehand so you know I'm awake and will post the quiz question immediately after that. You will have to work out what 10.15pm GMT is in your own parts of the world. Tip; For Internet Explorer and Mozilla/Firefox, hitting F5 at around 10.15pm will refresh the page so you have a better chance of seeing the question as soon as possible after I post it. Remember the prize goes to the FIRST person who answers the question corectly, so you will need to be quick with your answer once I post the question. Good luck.

As a result, product availability will be hit or miss during the transition, both at the web store and at Cyclemax. SmartLights are discontinued with the possibility of occasional small batches being made if there is interest. The transition will be gradual and I will continue to make items as I am able. Please expect extended delivery times. If you have a specific need, please let me know and I will attempt to accommodate you. I thank you all for your friendship, support and loyalty. |

I just hope that nobody breaks a typing finger or blows a head gasket in all the rush to be the first one in.

Okay, here it is. Simple question; What is the cubic capacity (CC) of the GL1500 engine?
