Actually wouldn't be too bad a mess to start with to build a custom, if the price wasn't so far out-of-line.

Looks like a kid got a deal on it, envisioned a project, started - and ran out of talent, ambition, money, or all three right off the bat.  Now he wants all, or most, of his investment back.

Live and learn. (I still haven't) :)
